By accessing or purchasing the STAMYN core-control fitness program (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) between you and STAMYN (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
STAMYN is offered as a recurring subscription. Your chosen plan (monthly, six-month or yearly) begins immediately upon purchase. It renews automatically at the end of each period at the standard price for that plan, and the regular rate is charged until you cancel. Billing occurs at the start of each period using the payment method you provide. All prices are displayed in your local currency before checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@stamyn.app. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.
The content provided through STAMYN — including exercise routines, guides, and program materials — is for educational and fitness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition. STAMYN assumes no liability for any health outcomes related to your use of the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any program content without our written permission.
All content, branding, and software associated with STAMYN are the exclusive property of STAMYN. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal use only.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, STAMYN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
