STAMYN — Daily Core Control Training for Men

1. About these Terms

By accessing or purchasing the STAMYN core-control fitness program (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) between you and STAMYN (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription & Billing

STAMYN is a recurring subscription, sold in three lengths: one month at US$9.99, six months at US$23.99, and twelve months at US$49.99. Local prices differ by country and are always shown before you pay. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Every plan renews automatically at the end of its period at the standard price for that plan, and the regular rate is charged until you cancel. Your chosen plan begins immediately on purchase.

If you subscribed through the App Store, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Those subscriptions are also governed by Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

How you cancel depends on where you subscribed.

If you subscribed through the App Store — inside the STAMYN app on iPhone or iPad — Apple bills and manages your subscription. Cancel it yourself at any time: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap STAMYN, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or Apple will charge the next one. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We cannot cancel or refund an App Store subscription for you — Apple handles those refunds, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you subscribed on stamyn.app, email us at support@stamyn.app and we will cancel it for you. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period; it does not by itself refund the period already paid. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.

Not sure which applies? Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions on your iPhone. If STAMYN is listed there, you subscribed through the App Store.

4. No Medical Advice

The content provided through STAMYN — including exercise routines, guides, and program materials — is for educational and fitness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition. STAMYN assumes no liability for any health outcomes related to your use of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any program content without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with STAMYN are the exclusive property of STAMYN. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal use only.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, STAMYN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Delaware.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
